Come connect mind, body, and breath in a Hatha yoga practice that cultivates balance and strength through mindfulness and asana. "Mindfulness is the energy that can embrace and transform all mental thought," (Thich Nhat Hanh) and through mindfulness, we learn to embrace compassion for ourselves and others, to move intentionally toward health, and to cultivate a sense of continual peace.
Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the chapel space.
